FITNESS

Get fitter, faster & stronger with us this summer with daily training focusing on speed, agility, balance, strength & flexibility.  Fitness will be first thing in the morning to keep players safe.

technical focus

Elevate your game with the best coach in the business. Daily technical coaching sessions in small groups. Coach Clint will focus on tennis IQ, winning ugly and the power of the first serve. Do not miss this opportunity to elevate your game.

Play

Challenge matches across 5 clay courts, with real time commentary with Coach Clint.  Chance to play high quality points, ask questions, learn and grow. During this time Coach Clint will pull players for 30 minutes at at a time to work on specific needs.

Cool down

Cool down, stretch, chill out and chat.  All high performance players will have the option to cool down inside our air conditioned club house, or walk next door to the pool for an after practice swim.  Pizza lunch provided for everyone on Fridays!

Ready to join us?

Summer High Performance Training & Fitness Camp is open to current competition level players ages 12-18 only.  Players must be actively competing in local tournaments in order to qualify - no exceptions.  Players will be grouped based on current UTR. 

 

We will be pushing this group hard, so please do not sign up if you are not ready to be challenged.
